  • Do you offer Live animal guarantee?
    Yes we do, we only ship reptiles and we use FedEx overnight. Shipment must be sent to a FedEx hub in your local area only. Please email us for all animal inquiries before you order, once ordered we will not offer a refund for not emailing us first. Shipping reptiles is very serious, we only ship them Tuesdays and Wednesdays and depending on weather conditions along the route they will travel.
  • When will my items(s) ship?
    Most items are shipped same day if order is placed before 12pm EST, or next day Monday through Friday. We know it's very important to have your pets items as soon as possible, so we try to make this happen.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    No delivery, however, you may come to our store and pickup during regular business hours. You must bring your confirmation email and photo ID.
