Shipping Policy

We offer, same day shipping for MOST items, if order is received by 12pm EST, via USPS for supplies.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 (except animals).

Live animal shipping is ONLY done through Ship your Reptiles by FEDEX and rates vary depending on zip code. Please email us before placing any animal orders, to get accurate rates. No refunds will be given if this isn't done prior.

Feeder insects are shipped priority, live arrival guarantee only if you have held at post office.

Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds are offered, however we will offer store credit if item was damaged through mail, you must send us pictures and an email within 12 hours after receiving product.

NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT on animals.
